Welcome Vendors to the 40 Years of FIA Anniversary!!!
FIA reserves the right to refuse vendor booth and/or provide Booth at discounted rate to registered Cultural Member Org and Non Profit Organization affiliated to Federation of Asian Indian Association. FIA decision is final in case of any disputes, complaints or controversy arising for India festival event.
Each Booth size is 8’ wide x 8’ deep. Each booth will be provided with two tables and two chairs. Electrical outlet will cost extra (click here for form). No refund except when event is cancelled. For Food Vendors - Temporary permit available in forms section. If booked after August 10th there is an additional charge per booth and booth is subject to availability, Prices are *Subject to Change.

Each booth comes with 2 chairs and 2 tables.
Additional chairs are $10 each.
Additional tables are $25 each.
Please be sure to add this amount in the check/zelle if you need additional chairs or tables / electric outlet and mention this to Vendor Chair before the event.

Refund/Cancellation policy:
We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, because of factors beyond our control. Here is our refund policy:
$30.00 less Refund – If cancellation requested up to July 15th
75% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 16th - July 25th.
50% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 26th - Aug 10th.
No Refund - If cancellation requested after August 10th.
You are expected to behave professionally with courtesy, in all your dealings with festival organizers, sponsors, participants, and visitors. Violations of any of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the festival with forfeiture of all fees paid. The decision of the management is final and binding.
In addition, we the participants, expressly release FIA and the owner of the Festival sites of and from any and all liability for any theft, damage, injury or loss to any persons or goods, which may arise from the licensing and occupation of exhibition space by us.
Non-Profit organizations will need to provide Federal Tax ID to the Vendor Chair, to complete the validation process. In the best interest of all parties involved its imperative, you provide this information to the chair proactively to avoid any conflict of interests.

* If booked after August 5th, additional charge of $100 will apply for commercial vendors
* If booked after August 5th, additional charge of $50 will apply for non-profit org's who are FIA board members
* If booked after August 10th, additional charge of $100 will apply for non-profit org's who are not FIA board members
