Please fill out FIA Board Member form attached below and send 501 (c) (3) copy to chairman@fia-ohio.org & president@fia-ohio.org and bring yourself to the next board meeting to get yourself approved to become a board member. After you membership is approved, you will be paying a recurring amount of $100 / year to maintain your membership.
